AROUND is a cross-disciplinary design and architecture practice based in Istanbul. Since its founding in 2020, the studio produces designs in the fields of furniture, artworks, accessories and spatial environments with a focus on human experience and holistic spaces. Having studied architecture and urban design, founder Öykü Üner’s approach artfully draws from spatial references while experimenting with alternative techniques, diverse materials, proportions, and production processes. Each collection is developed as a cohesive narrative, where form, function, and material integrity coexist.The works have a sculptural and architectural character, encouraging a heightened awareness of every material detail. Committed to high-quality production and responsible design practices, AROUND aims to make a meaningful contribution to the contemporary design landscape. Guided by the belief that space is a living framework, the studio creates collections that reimagine how environments can host life and bring new vitality to everyday experiences.
